Packman, Neuwahl & Rosenberg‘s principal practice areas include domestic and international inbound and outbound tax and estate planning. The firm has expanded through controlled growth to broaden the scope of services provided to our domestic and international client base. Our tax practice includes a broad range of domestic tax planning, inbound and outbound matters for U.S. persons and foreign investors and businesses, corporate and other reorganizations and representing clients in federal and Florida tax controversies.
Our estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and other appropriate estate planning documents, charitable planning, and appropriate integrated income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
Our corporate services include general corporate counsel, the purchase and sale of domestic and foreign entities and assets, succession planning, the formation and maintenance of domestic and foreign corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and preparing and advising our clients on shareholder, operating and partnership agreements.
Our immigration practice includes advising clients who wish to enter the United States on either a temporary or permanent basis, as well as expatriation, pre-immigration tax and estate planning, and post-immigration planning.
Our real estate services include representing both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate closings, financing, and counsel to lending institutions.
