The Immigration Practice Group at Packman, Neuwahl & Rosenberg helps companies prepare or respond to I-9 compliance audits from the Department of Labor. The U.S. Department of Labor have recently increased their efforts to promote and ensure I-9 compliance on the part of employers. Noncompliance can result in heavy fines, forfeiture of company assets, and even imprisonment. Our team can guide companies in training HR personnel in best practices for maintaining compliance as well as working with companies that have been audited to respond in the most effective way possible.
